Chapter I - Information on personal data processing
In order to fulfill our legal obligation resulting from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR"), we provide information on how your personal data is processed in connection with your activity while visiting our website and when using services provided through it:

Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases:
- a) personal data for the newsletter (name and e-mail address) is processed based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without negative consequences; withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- b) personal data processed in connection with correspondence addressed to the controller is processed based on the controller's legitimate interest, i.e. archiving correspondence and possible establishment, defense or enforcement of claims, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

- a) data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until consent is withdrawn or the purpose for which consent was collected ceases;
- b) data processed on the basis of legitimate interest will be processed for the limitation period of civil claims, counted from the date your relationship with the controller ends.
