Terms and Conditions

§1 [General provisions]

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for providing electronic services via the website available at: https://przyjemnaspolka.pl, the rules for using these services, and the rights and obligations of users.
  2. These Terms and Conditions constitute regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

§2 [Owner / Administrator]

  1. The owner and administrator of the website (the "Administrator") is PRZYJEMNA SPÓŁKA SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at: Aleja Armii Ludowej 7 / 68, 00-575 Warsaw, Poland.
  2. The Administrator provides services under these Terms and Conditions, and entering the website and using its content constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; they are binding without the need to conclude a separate agreement.
  3. A user who does not agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions should leave the website.

§3 [Intellectual property rights]

  1. All intellectual property rights, including in particular copyrights and trademark rights related to any texts, illustrations, photos, sounds, and other materials published on the website, belong to the Administrator or are used with the owner's permission.
  2. Without prior consent of the Administrator, users are not entitled to download and further use information and materials available on the website.

§4 [Services]

  1. As part of this website, the Administrator provides:
    • a) display of information about the Administrator's business activity;
    • b) the possibility to contact the Administrator;
    • c) the possibility to subscribe to the newsletter.
  2. Access to website services is free of charge.

§5 [Technical requirements]

  1. Technical requirements necessary to use the website are:
    • a) a computer or other device with Internet access;
    • b) a standard web browser with cookie support.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to modernization, reconstruction, or maintenance works of the ICT system on which the website operates.
  3. The Administrator is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from causes beyond its control.

§6 [Complaints and liability]

  1. The Administrator will make every effort to ensure proper operation of the website and provide support in resolving issues related to its functioning.
  2. Any complaints related to website operation should be sent by e-mail to: hello@przyjemnaspolka.pl.
  3. Complaints should include: first name, last name, e-mail address or correspondence address, and justification of the complaint.
  4. Complaints will be reviewed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  5. The Administrator is not liable, in particular under Chapter 3 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means, for content and opinions transmitted by website visitors.
  6. Any materials and information published on the website are not covered by any warranty from the Administrator regarding their value, usefulness, completeness, or usability.

§7 [Final provisions]

  1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means and the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions after informing website visitors about such change.
  3. The Terms and Conditions are available at: https://przyjemnaspolka.pl.
  4. This legal notice and use of this website by visitors are subject to Polish law.
